We now have an employee portal for you to access & manage your employee information and W2 distribution online. Do you need to update your address or contact information? Perhaps you just need to request a copy of your w2 or sign up to receive it electronically? You can do all that and more in our new employee portal!
If you applied online you will use your user name and password that you created when you applied to log into the employee portal.
If you did not apply online and you are an existing employee or former employee
, please follow the instructions below to access the employee portal:
First time users that did not apply online will be prompted to log in using the following information:
• Username: first 3 letters of last name and last four digits of social security number
• Password: last 6 digits of social security number
Once you have successfully logged in you will be directed to your employee portal page
Click the manage w-2's link next to your to-do list
If you elect to receive your w2 online you will not receive a hard copy in the mail
